MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
February 22, 2011

The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the Zion-Benton Public Library.

President Thomas Rich called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: George Andersson, Lauren Fleming, Dana McCarthy, Beverly Mull, Stephanie Smith and Thomas Rich. Absent: Brenda Harris. Staff present: Nann Blaine Hilyard.

Trustees discussed personnel matters.

The Board reconvened in open session at 7:20 p.m.
