MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE
ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
July 31, 2014

President George Andersson called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

ROLL CALL: Present: Wendy Driver, Yadira Guzman, Mary Martin, Beverly Mull, Stephanie Smith*, Matthew St. Cyr and George Andersson. Absent:None. Staff present: Tara Caldara. Visitors present: Tom Rich, Tom Rich Consulting and Carol Dolin.

AGENDA: Mr. Andersson presented the agenda.
Motion: Mrs. Guzman moved to adopt the agenda as presented. Second: Mr. St. Cyr. Roll Call: Aye: Driver, Guzman, Martin, Mull, St. Cyr and Andersson. Nay: -0-. Abstain: -0-. Motion carried.

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Motion: Mrs. Mull moved to enter into Executive Session, in accordance with 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) with Tara Caldara, Tom Rich, and Carol Dolin in attendance. Second: Mr. St. Cyr. Roll Call: Aye: Driver, Guzman, Martin, Mull, St. Cyr, and Andersson. Nay: -0-. Abstain: -0-. Motion carried.

* Mrs. Smith entered at 6:13 p.m.

Mr. St. Cyr left at 7:07 p.m.

The board reconvened in open session at 7:20 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT: Motion: Mrs. Guzman moved to adjourn the meeting. Second: Mrs. Martin. Roll Call: Aye: Driver, Guzman, Martin, Mull, Smith, and Andersson. Nay: -0-. Abstain: -0-. Motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
