Minutes of the Executive Session of the Regular Board Meeting of the Zion-Benton Public Library District.
August 25, 2009

The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees at the Zion-Benton Public Library; and to discuss minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act for semi-annual review of the minutes.

Trustees discussed awarding Johanna Wilemon her time off benefits on 9/8/09, instead of 10/1/09, due to the seriousness of her condition.

Mr. McCarthy explained how his employer handled donations of sick leave.

Trustees reviewed minutes of Executive Sessions from August 22, 1995, to September 23, 2008.

The Board reconvened in open session at 8:25 p.m.
