MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING
OF THE ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
August 26, 2014

The purpose of the Executive Session was to:

• Discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees
• Review minutes of meetings lawfully closed for the semi-annual review.

President Andersson called the meeting to order at 7:53 p.m.

ROLL CALL: Present: Wendy Driver, Mary Martin, Beverly Mull, Stephanie Smith, and George Andersson. Absent: Yadira Guzman, Matthew St. Cyr. Staff present: Tara Caldara.

The board briefly discussed Carol Dolin’s hiring to fill the position of Library Director then reviewed minutes.

The board reconvened in open session at 8:00 p.m.
