Come and join me by having a seat and letting our body move with our breath. This type of movement allows for the most gentlest ways of strengthening and lengthening our muscles and delicately releasing any pains in our joints. This is a free 30 minute chair yoga session open to ages 18 and up. This class is also great for anyone who is looking for a low impact way of stretching and working on your mobility skills.
