About the Program: A licensed attorney will be available to provide general civil legal information. For eligible individuals who fill out an application, the attorney will provide FREE legal advice specific to their situation. The program will take place every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 1 to 3 PM.

How it works:
Anyone who is interested can call 224-321-5615 to pre-register, and applicants who are eligible for services will pick an appointment time to speak with an attorney. Walk-ins are also welcome, although priority will be given to pre-registrants.
We are able to serve Non-English speaking clients at Ask a Lawyer using a phone translation service called Language Line. We have bilingual staff at our office who are able to assist Spanish speakers who call in to pre-register, and we will have paper applications in Spanish for walk-in applicants.
Notice is hereby given by the Zion-Benton Public Library District in the City of Zion, County of Lake, State of Illinois, that a tentative budget and appropriation of said library for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 is on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the Library’s Circulation Desk, 2400 Gabriel Ave., Zion, IL 60099.
Notice is hereby further given that a public hearing on said budget will be held at 6:30 p.m. on August 27, 2024 in the Zion-Benton Public Library.
