Minutes of the Executive Session of the Regular Board Meeting of the Zion-Benton Public Library District
June 29, 2009

The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees at the Zion-Benton Public Library; and to discuss the selection of a person to fill a public office.

Ms. Hilyard presented salary recommendations for FY09/10.

Trustees discussed the selection of a new trustee.

The Board reconvened in open session at 8:00 p.m.
