I. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL

II. COMMENTS BY VISITORS
No visitors

III. Approval of Minutes
	a.	Previous Committee Meeting Minutes from 1/2026 approved at 1/2026 Regular Board Meeting

IV. New Business
		The Board reviewed the consultant’s proposal and agreed that not all services would be needed. Robin will communicate the needs and specify services.
		The Board supports a mobile vehicle that provides reliable transportation for the Traveling Library.
		After discussion of additional possible services and how the size of the vehicle will affect staffing and outreach efforts, the board agreed that a visit to the Waukegan Public Library on Wednesday, February 25^th would help clarify the mission and goals for this service.
		The Board also considered the lobby wall changes, deciding that if those changes were made, it could be during a later renovation project.
