| II. COMMENTS BY VISITORS | |||
| Nimrod Warda spoke to the Board regarding the Winthrop Harbor Memorial Day Parade participation by a registered child sex offender. He requests that the Library consider a formal policy to safeguard children. Mr. Warda acknowledges that while there were no incidents, there should be consideration. | |||
| III. BID APPROVAL | |||

| Tiffany Nash from Product Architecture + Design presented the bid results for the Lobby and YS renovation project, including furniture and the possible alternate deduction elements.
The Board approved awarding the project to Efraim Construction Company and various furniture vendors for $1,256,216.37 including permit fees, architect fees, construction, furniture and 8% contingency.
