MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT

March 27, 2012

The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the Zion-Benton Public Library.

President Thomas Rich called the meeting to order at 7:24 p.m.

ROLL CALL:   Present: Mary Martin, Dana McCarthy, Beverly Mull, Stephanie Smith and Thomas Rich.  Absent: George Andersson and Jessica Keddy. Staff present: Nann Blaine Hilyard. Visitors present: none.

Trustees discussed personnel matters.

The board reconvened in open session at 7:37 p.m.
