MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING OF THE ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
MAY 28 2009

A special meeting of the Board of Trustees was held on Thursday, May 28, 2009, for the purpose of interviewing applicants for open seats on the Board.

Present: Mr. Andersson, Mrs. Mull, and Mrs. Smith. Absent: Ms. Ower and Mr. Rich.
Meeting started at 6:35 p.m.

The trustees interviewed Lana Clark of Zion, Dana McCarthy of Winthrop Harbor, and Lauren Fleming of Zion. Interviews concluded at 7:55 p.m.

There was discussion of pros and cons of all seven candidates.

The meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
