MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING BOARD OF TRUSTEES ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT

June 4, 2011

A special meeting was called to interview a candidate for the open position on the Zion-Benton Public Library Board of Trustees.    The meeting was held in Meeting Room C.

Trustees present:  Tom Rich and Dana McCarthy.

Others present:     Nann Blaine Hilyard, library director,  and  Karen Slegers, who applied for the trustee position.

Due to the absence of a quorum there was not an official meeting.    Mr.  Rich convened the interview at approximately 9:35 a.m.   The trustees and the director interviewed Ms. Slegers.

The interview concluded at 10:05 a.m.
