MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
October 23, 2012

The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss minutes of meetings lawfully closed for the semi-annual review.

President Thomas Rich called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.

ROLL CALL: Present: Andersson, Martin, McCarthy, Mull, Smith and Rich. Absent: None. Staff present: Nann Blaine Hilyard and Tara Caldara.

Trustees reviewed the minutes of Executive Sessions from 9/25/01, 2/22/11, 5/24/11, 6/21/11, 7/26/11, 9/26/11, 3/27/12 and 5/22/12.

The board reconvened in open session at 7:50 p.m.
