MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE REGULAR BOARD MEETING OF THE ZION-BENTON PUBLIC LIBRARY DISTRICT
October 27, 2009

The purpose of the Executive Session was to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the Zion-Benton Public Library; and to discuss the selection of a person to fill a public office.

Ms. Hilyard and Ms. Caldara proposed that the board continue health insurance coverage for employee Johanna Wilemon through December 31, 2009.

The Board reconvened in open session at 7:07 p.m.
